News came last fall that Zoe Kravitz had been cast as Catwoman in The Batman. While the movie hasn’t started filming yet, that doesn’t mean the actress has been taking it easy.
While on the promotional circuit for her Hulu series High Fidelity, Kravitz spoke with Ellen DeGeneres about her upcoming role as Selina Kyle. She reported having been through “many” costume fittings, and on the topic of her training added,
“It’s very physical. I just come home limping every day.”

Joining Kravitz on the villain roster are Paul Dano as the Riddler, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, and John Turturro as crime boss Carmine Falcone.
