Epix has released the first teaser trailer for the Batman prequel series, Pennyworth, which chronicles the early days of Batman/Bruce Wayne’s trusted aide in his formidable days as an SAS agent-turned-bodyguard.
Jack Bannon stars as Alfred Pennyworth in this tv show which is set in 1960’s London. Alfred has been recently released from the SAS (Special Air Service) and is now trying to establish his own security firm. His first assignment: Protecting Dr. Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge) and his fiancee from any and all threats.
Although targeted for summer 2019, no official release date has been announced as of this writing. Check out the trailer down below:
