Numerous roles have already been filled for DC’s new show Swamp Thing, but it’s lead role of Alec Holland and Swamp Thing remained vacant. Now we know who will finally become the mossy creature.
Andy Bean will be playing the role of Alec Holland while Derek Mears will become Swamp Thing. Andy Bean has been in multiple TV series and films including Power and the upcoming IT: Chapter Two. Mears has been seen on season four of The Flash where he played Sylbert Rundine/Dwarfstar. He also has an upcoming role in Alita: Battle Angel.
