“Legends of Tomorrow” Joins Crossover for Own Adventure

This crossover week, the Legends of Tomorrow will have a crossover of their own.  This will happen at the same time as the Flash x Arrow x Supergirl crossover featuring Superman and Batwoman in an “Elseworlds” event.

The Legends will not let their exclusion from the main 2018 “Elseworlds” crossover from having their own fun.  They may be missing out on Ruby Rose as Batwoman, Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, Gotham City, and Tyler Hoechlin’s return as Superman, but they still promise an insane show that shows different sides of your favorite Legends.

Executive Producer Keto Shimizu had this to say an out the upcoming crossover: “During the week that all the other crossovers are happening, we will essentially be crossing over with ourselves.“  The show will reportedly feature alternate realities and alternate timelines plural, which means the Legends could come across multiple versions of themselves.  It sounds like when may have two “Elseworlds” situations going on.

This season of Legends of Tomorrow only contains 16 episodes, so the showrunners, especially Phil Klemmer, are happy to stick to their own story so that the audience gets the most from their favorite Legends.

Legends of Tomorrow premieres October 22nd on the CW.  What do you think about this self-crossover?  Let us know in the comments!
