According to the DC Comics panel at San Diego Comic Con, all 13 Titans episodes at once. This seems to suggest a distribution format similar to Netflix. Hopefully DC will be able to focus on getting these episodes worldwide as soon as possible, as right now, the service is only available in the U.S.
