Smallville Star Kristin Kreuk Open to Animated Revival

Smallville Kristin Kreuk dc comics news

Smallville alum Kristin Kreuk says she’d be interested in reprising her role of Lana Lang in a potentially animated followup to the CW series. The show — about young Clark Kent on the path to becoming Superman — concluded with its tenth season back in 2011, but that hasn’t stopped fans from hoping for some kind of revival.

At April’s Awesome Con, Michael Rosenbaum (the show’s Lex Luthor) expressed his wish to do an animated Smallville, even mentioning that one of the most appealing parts would be not having to shave his head to reprise his role of Lex. Kreuk told Comicbook.com, “I’ve never thought about it, but that sounds like it could be a lot of fun.” She further added,

“Michael wouldn’t want to shave his head again, I’m fairly certain. But yeah, that would be a lot of fun. I haven’t seen those guys in a long time.”
