Vixen Returns To DC’s Legends of Tomorrow

Vixen Returns - DC Comics News

The Season 3 finale for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow left many believing Amaya Jiwe’s Vixen would not be returning to the show. However, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, who plays Vixen, has taken to Twitter to announce she will be returning to the show while also stating it would be even more weird and wonderful.

Vixen - DC Comics News

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, executive Producer Marc Guggenheim echoed her announcement:

Yes, Maisie will absolutely be back. We just felt like we owed it to the character to complete this arc, complete this story loop that we got her in. Once we took her off of her path in 1942, it was always incumbent upon us to return her to that path. That was something that hung over us as writers, and hung over the character… I’m looking forward to a different storyline for Amaya next year. We’ll reveal our plans for Maisie’s character at Comic-Con this year.

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 4 Premieres October 22nd, 2018.

Cameron Tevis

Hi, I'm Cameron Tevis and I've been a comic book, anime and film fan my entire life. While I like Marvel and anime my true love is DC Comics. My father, who was a fan himself, introduced me at a very young age to the amazing characters in DC (especially Hal Jordan Green Lantern). I think it's a fantastic time to be a comic book fan and I'm happy I get to write about the company that I love so much. Besides being a DC fan, I am a designer and I recently started a comic book series of my own called Event Cycle 6 published through Aporian Comics. I recently wrote and directed a short film "The Misadventures of Harley Quinn". And most importantly I am now a father to my beautiful daughter Arya Jade!
