Rocksteady’s Superman Flies to E3?

Rocksteady - DC Comics News

With E3 just around the corner rumors are spreading that Rocksteady will unveil their much-rumored Superman game.

Rocksteady is the company behind the groundbreaking Batman: Arkham Asylum in 2009. The success of that game led to Arkham City in 2011 and Arkham Knight in 2015.

Even though a Superman game has yet to be officially announced by Rocksteady, they have been reportedly working on a DC project since Arkham Knight. Leaks and rumors have hinted that it is a Superman game.

An alleged leaked trailer for the game is said to verify that it is, in fact a Superman game and that the battle tactics are similar to the Arkham trilogy model. If the trailer leak is true, then it also indicated that Brainiac could be the primary villain of the game.

Recent rumors have also indicated that Superman may be the focus on the July issue of Game Informer’s cover and that a gameplay demo is said to be scheduled at the E3 conference starting June 10.

Cameron Tevis

Hi, I'm Cameron Tevis and I've been a comic book, anime and film fan my entire life. While I like Marvel and anime my true love is DC Comics. My father, who was a fan himself, introduced me at a very young age to the amazing characters in DC (especially Hal Jordan Green Lantern). I think it's a fantastic time to be a comic book fan and I'm happy I get to write about the company that I love so much. Besides being a DC fan, I am a designer and I recently started a comic book series of my own called Event Cycle 6 published through Aporian Comics. I recently wrote and directed a short film "The Misadventures of Harley Quinn". And most importantly I am now a father to my beautiful daughter Arya Jade!
