When the solo Batgirl film was announced last year there were a ton of actresses that came out of the woodwork to be considered for the role. Hailee Steinfeld and Lindsey Lohan are some notable names who have expressed interest. It looks like we can add another to that growing list.
Katelyn Nacon, who plays Enid on The Walking Dead, has expressed interest in the role after a fan on Twitter asked her what superhero she’d like to play.

After writer/director Joss Whedon left the project earlier this year, he was replaced by Christina Hodson to write the script. Hodson also wrote the script for the upcoming Birds of Prey film. A director has yet to be found for the Batgirl project.
