Both Shazam! and Titans are filming in Toronto right now until May. With no actors around or known names, it can be hard to pinpoint which set we’re looking at. A new set photo has been released from blogTO, but we don’t exactly know what we’re looking at. The photo in question is a Gotham City News truck, and the rumor is the truck is from Titans since Shazam! is set in Philadelphia.
It’s super exciting that one of these productions have a Gotham easter egg and we’re eager to find out why. Titans is debuting on Warner Bros.’ upcoming DC streaming service later this year, and Shazam hits theaters on April 5, 2019. What’s Filming keeps a close eye on Canada productions, and they have indeed confirmed the photo was taken on the set of Titans. We’ll see what this means when Titans premiers!
You are correct, it’s Titans that is seen in the feature image of this post, not Shazam.
