Actor Colton Haynes is set to reprise his character of Roy Harper, aka Arsenal, in upcoming episodes of The CW series, Arrow.
Roy Harper was a tough kid that was raised on the streets until he became Arrow’s protégé. He soon began dating Oliver Queen’s sister, Thea Queen. From the sounds of the upcoming arc, Thea and Roy may be picking up where they left off.
