Announced on Twitter a week ago, Dark Knights Rising: The Wild Hunt – starring none other than Detective Chimp – will be the product of a collaboration of fellow Batman writers Grant Morrison and Scott Snyder.
Recently, Scott tweeted, “So HUGE #DCMetal News – the one and only Grant Morrison will be co-writing our special February issue METAL: DARK KNIGHTS, THE WILD HUNT!”
Given the amount of Morrison-influenced elements in Snyder’s Metal, bringing Grant into the fold is a natural move. The series continues the exploits of the twisted versions of Bruce Wayne created by Barbatos and imbued with twisted versions of the Justice League’s abilities.
