The great Adam West, the actor most commonly known as television’s Batman (and to some thee Batman), will be honored by the city of Los Angeles on Thursday, June 15, by having the Bat-Signal illuminate the side of city hall.
Los Angeles Mayor Gil Garcetti will be on hand during the ceremony memorializing West as well as Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck and other unnamed guests. The ceremony will begin at 7:30 pm.
No word yet as to how long the light will illuminate the building.
