On the next episode of Gotham, Jerome rises from the grave.
The show has been hyping up Jerome’s return and this appears to be the episode in which that will occur. And he has a new look. Jerome now wears his face like a mask which is based on Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo’s Joker from “Death of the Family.” The show is already incredibly influenced by Snyder and Capullo so this doesn’t surprise me. I predict that Jerome will die again and Dwight will be the Joker wearing Jerome’s face.
“Smile Like You Mean It” airs Monday January 23 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time on Fox.
