The newest Dark Knight himself had a few things to say on the Jimmy Kimmel show Monday night. Kimmel showcased the new beautiful high-res photo of the Justice League, complete with Affleck in his new tactical suit alongside other members Wonder Woman, The Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman. My first thought with the new photo? Where is Superman and WHY and WHEN did Cyborg become part of the JL? But that’s besides the point…
Kimmel complimented Affleck’s superhero physique prompting Affleck to excitedly announce “I make that look pretty good! That’s not bad!” Kimmel also took the chance to ask him about the solo Batman film. Affleck exclaimed that it’s coming, he’s working on it, and bashed people for not asking about his newest film Live By Night and added that people only care about Batman. Calm down fans, writers can only work so fast when they’re working on multiple projects you know. We’ll eventually see Affleck’s solo film on the silver screen when he’s ready.
