Totally tubular! Gag me with a spoon! The Legends go totally 80’s when Thawne and Darhk team up to try to kill President Reagan. It turns out that Vixen figures out that Hourman’s killer is in the 80’s and that is when they realize that he is a speedster and able to travel through time that way. Yikes!
Damian Darhk is wearing some pretty amazing Miami Vice gear and, once again, Heatwave gets the laughs.
