Will Smith On “Suicide Squad” Ending…Wait For It…

Deadshot himself hints at a big finale, and a possible rumble with Batman

With Batman v Superman out in theaters, DC Films now turns its attention to August with release of Suicide Squad. The David Ayer directed film has a veritable Who’s Who of actors bringing Task Force X to life on the big screen.

One of those actors, Will Smith, was on hand at CinemaCon to give some insight on the film. He plays Floyd Lawton a.k.a. Deadshot, and Smith teased a very elaborate ending in store for audiences.

“The ending of the movie is – spoiler free – the ending of the movie is a really unique way to have everybody collide,” said Smith. “I’d never been in a scene like this with as many different elements as take place in the final sequence. It’s very cool.”

Smith also hints to a potential rumble between his character and a certain Dark Knight.

Suicide Squad opens in theaters on August 5, 2016.
