Some of you may recognize her from the television series Arrow as Black Canary. However she will be appearing on The Flash on Earth-2 as Laurel Lance also known as Black Siren instead. This news was broke by Marc Guggenheim at a press meeting on Monday. A small history note that Dinah Drake Lance aka: Black Siren is based on the Golden Age Black Canary, who enjoys cooking, and cleaning while apart of the Justice League. Now that times have changed things are sure to be modified into a more modern take in this upcoming episode.
Recently CBR also posted some amazing news about Kaite playing as Black Siren that Katie Cassidy also is voicing Laurel Lance in the series called Vixen. According to Entertainment Weekly, season two goes into more detail on how Laurel and Mari McCabe first met.
Now the characters in The Flash have already met Laurel things are about to change on Episode 22! Although not much is really known about how Black Siren will turn out to be a friend or foe in the series. But one thing we can be sure of is that we have a lot to look forward to in the television series The Flash & Arrow. The episode with Katie will be aired May 17th on the CW at 8P.M.
