FOX has released an all-new promo for the return of Gotham, giving a name to the second’s season 2nd arc.
The promo features a captured Penguin, possibly on Arkham, plus the rise of Mr. Freeze and the continuous machinations of Edward Nygma. The second arc is titled ”Wrath of the Villains”, a fitting title, just like the first part of the season was called ”Rise of the Villains”.
