NYCC ’15: DC Entertainment Sizzle Reels Reveal New Season!

 

DC Entertainment/WBTV shows Arrow, Gotham and The Flash have already started there seasons. We are mere days away from the premiere of Supergirl. And we have to wait until 2016 for Legends of Tomorrow. But that didn’t stop DC from revealing surprises for all of these shows during the sizzle reels shown during the panels. Here’s what coming up this season on Arrow, Gotham and The Flash.

Arrow

  1. We see more of Echo Kellum as Mr. Terrific. He suspects Oliver Queen may by the Emerald Archer.
  2. New Ra’s al Ghul Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) and Nyssa (Katrina Law) fight each other.
  3. Constantine star Matt Ryan arrives in Star City.
  4. Canary sisters? Two birds are better than one. Laurel (Kate Cassidy) and Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) are reunited.

Arrow airs Wednesday at 8/7 C on The CW.

The Flash

  1. Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) share a coffee at the former C.C. Jitters. Queen teases Allen about the new name of the shop.
  2. We see an obscured Zoom (voiced by Tony Todd).
  3. Hawkgirl (Ciara Reneé) and Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) are also shown.

The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8/7 C on The CW.

Gotham

  1. We get a recap of the first three episodes from this season.
  2. Capt. Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis) makes his debut. And he cleans house!
  3. Theo Galavan (James Frain) keeps up his charade as the new hero of Gotham.

Not in revealed in the clip, but during the panel by actor Robin Lord Taylor, Paul Reuben, who portrayed Penguin’s father in Batman Returns (1992), will again play the senior Cobblepot on Gotham. Taylor seemed very excited. “Pee-wee Herman is playing my dad! What the hell? Oh, my God!” he yelled.

Gotham airs Mondays at 8/7 c on FOX.
