Mortal Kombat X Variant Action Figures

Just when you thought there were just the Kombat Packs to look forward to Mezco Toyz and PREVIEWS go ahead and give us theses amazing exclusive variants. The variants that have been shown so far are for Kitana, Kotal Kahn, and Quin Chi. The beautiful Kitana variant is called “Mournful”,the Kotal Kahn action figure has his “Blood God”, and the ever powerful Quin Chi has a pretty awesome “Sorcerer” variant.

All of which are six-inch figures from Mortal Kombat X. These won’t be available until this December but you can bet I am going to try to get a hold of at least one of these. They are available for pre-order though at any comic book shop from the September catalog of PREVIEWS on page 504. They are extremely detailed and Mezco’s design team used the digital files from the game’s developers to really give it all the love and attention these action figures deserve. And not to worry they are poseable with 17 different joints to make them pose as you want them to.

Each figure has been given an official description which basically say that Kitana is in her Mournful variation that honors her best friend Jade with bloody fan and dagger. All the while rocking the glaive and glowing purple staff of her fallen friend. It is super sexy! The Osh-Tekk Warrior is all blood soaked in his God variation, comes with a glowing red blade and features red tattoos that seem to glow all while holding an opponent’s heart in his hand. Then there is Quan Chi, looking menacingly at you in his Sorcerer variation. The marks on his body are glowing purple both on his head and arms and come with a glowing purple blade and skull that look like his Mind Game fatality from the game. Which one do you think is the best, and why? Would you like to see us do another give away with these? Comment and let us know!

Hey everyone, my name is Brandon and it has always been a dream to work in comic books. And to do this is amazing and a lot of fun for me because not only do I get to read and write about what DC Comics is doing but it gives me more insight into who the characters are.
