Most of us have seen the teaser trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and now we have the official synopsis for the movie. The synopsis was released by Warner Bros. during the Las Vegas Licensing Expo 2015. And from the looks of things, we now have confirmation on how the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight will face each other and why.
Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.
This description also gives more insight to the trailer. But what is this “new threat” our heroes will face? Speculation has lead to a possible appearance by the genetically enhanced killer Doomsday. Hopefully, more details will be released soon. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice arrives in US theaters March 25, 2016.
