Joss Whedon Excited About “Batman V Superman”

In a recent interview with MTV, Avengers: Age of Ultron director Joss Whedon discusses what DC Comics character he would like to work with if given the chance [Hint: He will be in a small indie film next year, and will be played by Ben Affleck]. He also doesn’t understand why people think there is competition between Marvel and DC’s cinematic universes. And he expressed his giddiness for the previously hinted film starring Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill.

While this is a site dedicated entirely to all things DC Comics, we also support our fellow geeks. Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters next Friday, May 1. Joss will anxiously wait with the rest of America for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice until it arrives on March 25, 2016.
