Paul Blackthorne who plays Quentin Lance on the hit DC show, Arrow has decided to share backstage images from episode 18 Public Enemy. Just when season 3 of the show is heating up, the intensity increases week by week and Mr Blackthorn has decided to share a more relaxed and fun side of the show.
